EGG HATCHING GUARANTEE

We 100% Guarantee our eggs to hatch. The policy is a guarantee, but we will need your help, to get your panther chameleon hatched.

A successful hatch requires 4 main areas of focus.

1. Always keep the egg in our egg hatching container.

2. Always keep our incubator in a low traffic no movment area.

3. Place your incubator somewhere you can view it without moving it.

4. Maintain Rock Medium See Video

If you follow these 4 steps, we have a proven and tested over 90% Field-Tested Hatch rate. So some eggs do fail, and this is an entirely normal part of nature.

If you do have a failed egg, we will send you another egg (Customer Pays Shipping on Replacement Eggs), or (we allow you to upgrade to a live 3 to 5 month old Beautiful Male Panther Chemeloen for 249.99+Overnight Shipping). Either way, we stand behind our animals and egg hatching technology. If you have an issue, make sure you take photos and videos of the egg and animal in our incubator related to the problem.

To ensure a successful chameleon experience. Panther Chameleons are easy animals to keep as long as they have a regular schedule. Not having a regular schedule is the biggest mistake of new owners. Your 7-day animal guarantee starts the day you receive the animal. Most animals will acclimate quickly and within 24 hours be actively moving around the enclosure. If you notice odd behavior beyond the 24 hour acclimation period like:

• Sleeping or sitting around with eyes closed during the day.

• Little movement

• Walking on the floor

• Not hunting for food.

Insects eat the feces, and then your animal gets sick from eating the insect. Help tip if your going out of town, put a slice of orange or carrot on the bottom of the cage, and the insects will choose this over the poop.
